So I didn't get a chance to update yesterday, but I didn't really eat much anyway..I don't even remember what I ate.. the only thing I took a picture of was my midnight guilty pleasure snack..lol..
Yup there it was, a bag of chocolate chip cookies and a cup of milk was just a few steps away in the fridge..so I couldn't resist..I mean who would? :P...
And TODAY..I had class early in the morning so didn't have time for breakfast and was running late all at once...So somebody say STRESSED OUT?!? Went to sleep pretty late last night..Watched The Hills and just a whole bunch of other junk on TV. ..
Breakfast:
When I got to college all I saw along the way was candy candy candy.. but I stayed strong and bought myself a Special K Blueberry Granola Bar and Poland Spring Water...was so proud :P
AND THEN..an hour after that was extremely disappointing as I couldn't resist, couldn't help but give in into temptation damn it... It was there right in front of me..like "TADA!" "Welcome to Starbucks" and I was like standing there contemplating...and yet I gave in to my addiction..:/ Even though I enjoyed my Vanilla Latte...the only thing that made me feel better was that I FOR ONCE got a TALL coffee instead of my usual Grande or Venti... But yea I was going so strong I hadn't had any coffee what so ever for about 2-3 weeks and I was so proud and I was eating all healthy...and then..BAM!...grrrr.... I went cold turkey and then I blew it... BUT I'm still determined to succeed and I WILL!... so no more coffee for at least 2 more weeks if not more.. Coffee bad! BAd! ....:/ and so are energy drinks..! I'm pretty much addicted to them too..BUT I actually maintained my cold turkey for about a month with that.. so I guess I've accomplished something...
Lunch:
For lunch I had Quaker Ranch Quakes Rice Snacks.. I though they would be pretty tasty..I love ranch stuff... honestly I wasn't that impressed...could've been better more yummier...but I don't hate..food is food...and food is good:)
I also my new addiction...grilled cheese toast with pieces of avocado...yummmm... i love it..! And I also had a fruit salad (mandarin and melon).
Dinner:
My dinner wasn't that exciting. I was in the mood for some Chicken Cup Noodles Soup...
And then "BLINCHIKI"(crepes) with red caviar.. :P hehe very "delish". Oh and a piece of salty tomato...

I had Ukrainian/Russia favorite snack... "BLINCHIKI". I had one plain one and two with apple and cherry filling...yumm..Finished my breakfast with a kiwi:P

Well for Lunch/Dinner I had some Three Cheeses Tortellini..I ate that whole plate plus another half..hehe.. it was that good:))

Ughhhh...Still can't Recover:/
So yeaa the birthday...ahemm.... yeaa I don't remember what I had for dinner that night..lmao.. ok maybe I do.. umm.. salad/bread/fried potatoes with mushrooms... and a lot of Vodka..and today I'm half way dead.. almost ate nothing today except dran water, tea... ate rice...and then vomitted a few times...fun times great memories :?..will never drink again..blahhhh still can't recover...
I lost all the weight I had ...if I had any.. ugh this is good and sucks at the same time... but at least now I'm super skinny:P

Well well well...I'm feeling very positive today! I don't know exactly why.. I mean I have a lot of things to do today and a Birthday party to go to, but I feel just excellent! Lets hope that I will stay that way:)
Breakfast:
I was running kind of late today to college so I only had time for some Raymundo's Rice Pudding..
During my two classes I had two Strawberry Yogurt Granola Bars and a small bottle of Natural Spring Water.
Lunch:
I drank a cup of Lipton tea with two sugars and snacked on two lite chocolate filled croissants.
Breakfast:

I had Archer Farms Blueberry Granola With Flax All Natural Cereal (29g whole grain/7g of FAT..per serving). It's not the first time I've tried it and I really like it:P
Lunch:
So I was bored and my fridge was pretty empty..so I worked with what I had to create something yummy from weird combination of foods. I cooked up some white rice, mixed in some lemon juice and put a big spoon of Judie's Apple butter on the side... I looked at it, wondering if it even tastes good and then mixed in the apple butter with the lemon rice...and TADA!~ it came out delicious.. its a weird combination of things but it works!...I dare you to try it! :P
Dinner:
My mommy made mashed potatoes and some sort of sauce.. I think there was fried eggplants, carrots, tomato sauce and a lot of other things. I liked it a lot..added some french toast and licked the place empty))

Guess Who's back? :p
I know I haven't been loyal lately to this blog...after I came back from Dominican Republic, I had a lot of things to take care of and I was starting my second year of college so for the past two months I've been pretty stressed out and had absolutely no time to update. I've been bad.. ate lots of junk food and drank plenty of red bulls and coffee...at one point I even admitted to being addicted to them.. BUT..for the past 2 weeks I've been clean..cutting down on a lot of things and decided to get back on track with my "healthy lifestyle" goal :p... so I'M BACK!! :)))
Breakfast:
At breakfast I started out with some DANNON Activia berry yogurt. It's apparently very good for your digestive system. Then I made myself some Lipton tea with 2 sugars(usually i go all out and add like 3-4 tspns :0) and snacked on Bahlsen Waffelleten, basically these yummy waffles covered half way in chocolate:P
Lunch:
I was in the mids of leaving my house to go to college and then it hit me that I had no lunch today and if I don't eat right now I'm probably going to be starving for the next couple of hours..sooo...I made myself a quick salad. I cut up tomatoes and cucumbers into little pieces, added some pieces of Bologna and White American cheese. Topped it off with a spoon of sour cream and snacked on some black bread.
Snack/Dinner:
Usually Mondays and Wednesdays I have classes until 10pm and there are 3 classes..almost 2-3 hours each. So by the time I get home I'm pretty much hungryy.. So today during my classes I snacked on 2 Strawberry Yogurt chewy granola bars and for once actually finished my Poland Spring Sparkling water.
I came home around 10:30-11:00 and knowing that it's bad to eat at night, I was so hungry that at that point I don't think I cared :)).. So I went ahead and made myself a weird but very good sandwich.. I took lettuce and melted cheese on it. Since I made two sandwiches I used a different type of cheese on each(White and Plain American Cheese). Then I layered a sweet red pepper on it and two pieces of Bologna on each. Ate it with the black bread again and had a kiwi for desert :P

Screw Calories....and I love coffee!
Well i have been so busy these past few days, getting ready for vacation :) I know I said that I'm starting a healthy lifestyle.. but its just so freaking hard.. it's like going cold turkey... getting away from all the junk food that I'm used to eating. Have I ever told you that I absolutely love red bull and coffee.. I mean I'm not obsessed about it but just I like it :p
Breakfast:
I had All-Bran Complete Wheat Cereal with milk, blueberries and little slices of green apples.
Lunch:
I had Dunkin Donuts kreme donut and lite iced coffee.

Eating out..
Breakfast:
Today I had All-Bran Complete Wheat Flakes with milk. It sucks I ran out of the Go Lean cereal:/ To kill my lonely blues I added some blueberries..lol.. creative ain't it?haha I promise I will get better :))
Lunch/Dinner:
My mother, brother and I spent the whole day doing a whole lot of things.. so much stuff to take care of before we leave.. but yea.. we stopped by Gino's Cafe to get something to snack on.. we ended up ordering whole meals and when I say there was a lot of food.. I actually mean there was A LOT OF FOOD! I didn't even get to finish my plate..I was so full from the ceasar chicken salad: our appetizer..lol
Also I had some grilled veggies :p my fav..
For the main course I had chicken shish kebab with mashed potatoes. They gave me like a quarter of the plate of onions after I specifically asked them not to...I HATE ONIONS!! the only time I force myself to eat them is when i'm so sick that my mom gives me the option of either eating onions to kill germs or w.e. or go to the hospital.. lol.. so yea I see onions as medicine.. and I hate medicine..:)

Can't Wait!
I'm soo hyped up about going on vacation to Dominican Republic in like 5 days..that I don't even have time to eat normally.. I just have so much to take care of before I leave:P

I had some Sushi :p and Miso Soup..hehe... i had sweet potato roll, califronia, philadelphia, shrimp tempura, botson, alaskan..a little bit of each being that I had to share with my family..:))

No time for Lunch..
Breakfast:
Today my breakfast was just lovely! I had GoLean High Protein and High Fiber Cereal with milk, slices of banana, blueberries and raspberries. I must repeat myself... It was veryy YUMMY!! I actually heard about this cereal from my aunt..she apparently enjoys it almost every morning so I decided to give it a try and also she claims that it's healthy for you.. so It's a win win :)))
P.S. PROTEIN: 13 g. FIBER: 10 g. LOW FAT: 1 g.
Lunch:
My lunch wasn't so great today, I just didn't have time for it. I just made myself a snack that ended up to be All-Bran Complete Wheat Flakes with blueberries, raspberries and a peach on the side. Yea, it was some what similar to my breakfast but hey! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not repeat it a couple of times:P
Dinner:
Well for dinner I had a well known Ukrainian dish " Holodnii Borsch" (Cold Borsch) lol.. It's very healthy as in it's made up of fresh vegetables, bologna, eggs, beets and cold kefir... so it stays true to it's title..it should only be served cold.. that's why my mom always makes in mostly during the summer. This dish is usually served with hot cooked potatoes for a hot/cold effect.. yea so it was delicious..
And within about 20 minutes I had enough room in my stomach for a salad.. the regular spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers and mini sweet peppers. Of course I took a picture of the whole salad bowl... well its family sized so I actually ate 1/4 of that .heh
P.S. I'm still deciding on desert:p

Trying to keep up..
Breakfast:
I had the All-Bran Complete Wheat Flakes again with milk but this time with some berry jam/jelly...and of course a kiwi again.. i really have to go do some grocery shopping..need more fruits and veggies..:pLunch:
Well to stay true to this posts label "lunch on the go"... I didn't really have any time to sit down and eat because I was driving around with my mother and had a lot of things to take care of. So I ended up eating as we drove and the food on the go ended up to be a subway sandwich, Lays Classic chips and some acai-blueberry-pomegranate flavored vitamin water. My foot long sandwich was pretty simple: Italian Herbs & Cheese Bread, melted American cheese, turkey, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, a little bit of mayo and extra vinegar. It was yummy I must say but i ended up giving half of it to my mom...heh.. yea sharing is caring :p
Dinner:
I was tired and lazy to make any grand dinner plans so I just had to go with my best options. So I ended up frying eggs and some Bologna with sweet mini peppers. I only ate crumbs from the bread being that I only used it for the egg yolks :p..lol
For desert I had a slice of mango marble cake/pie and drank sweetened carrot juice...it was a weird combination but it tasted pretty good:))
P.S. Doesn't the sweet pepper in the picture below look like one of those peppers in the "Chillys" commercials? I think I see the resemblance..except this one is yellow and the one in the commercial is red..lmao..:P

Healthy Life Style..Here I Come! :-p
Breakfast:
I woke up pretty late today, so my breakfast was fast and easy. Honestly I don't usually eat breakfast, I either don't have the time or I'm just not hungry. But since I have decided to have a healthy lifestyle I've made room in my busy schedule for the "most important meal of the day". I had All-Bran Complete Wheat Flakes with milk, topped with three slices of a Golden Label apple and two kiwis. It was as good as I expected it to be :p
Lunch:
So for lunch I had a small sandwich, a yummy salad and I drank it all down with fruit punch flavored Vitamin Water. I took Lithuanian Rye Bread and put some tomatoes and two slices of Hungarian Style Salami and that was my sandwich basically:). My salad had some thinly cut vine sweet mini peppers and poivrons, 5 slices of cucumbers and 3 of tomatoes. I also added some of the Earthbound Farm Organic Spring Mix and croûtons. It was delicious n nutritious :p hehe
Dinner:
Well by the time dinner came around I was pretty hungry so i cooked macaroni and added some Ragu sauce and Parmesan cheese for flavor. It's actually one of my many favorite meals :p what can I say it's easy to make and it's gooooddd:)).
For desert I ate about 5 Madeleine cookies and drank a cup of tea with maple syrup. I'm very proud of myself, I haven't had any candy or chocolate or any kind of sweets today. I'm one of those people who have a sweet tooth almost all the time so for me to sacrifice all that ..really shows a lot about how determined I am to change my life around lately..hehe
