Disappointed

So I didn't get a chance to update yesterday, but I didn't really eat much anyway..I don't even remember what I ate.. the only thing I took a picture of was my midnight guilty pleasure snack..lol..

Yup there it was, a bag of chocolate chip cookies and a cup of milk was just a few steps away in the fridge..so I couldn't resist..I mean who would? :P...


And TODAY..I had class early in the morning so didn't have time for breakfast and was running late all at once...So somebody say STRESSED OUT?!? Went to sleep pretty late last night..Watched The Hills and just a whole bunch of other junk on TV. ..
Breakfast:
When I got to college all I saw along the way was candy candy candy.. but I stayed strong and bought myself a Special K Blueberry Granola Bar and Poland Spring Water...was so proud :P


AND THEN..an hour after that was extremely disappointing as I couldn't resist, couldn't help but give in into temptation damn it... It was there right in front of me..like "TADA!" "Welcome to Starbucks" and I was like standing there contemplating...and yet I gave in to my addiction..:/ Even though I enjoyed my Vanilla Latte...the only thing that made me feel better was that I FOR ONCE got a TALL coffee instead of my usual Grande or Venti... But yea I was going so strong I hadn't had any coffee what so ever for about 2-3 weeks and I was so proud and I was eating all healthy...and then..BAM!...grrrr.... I went cold turkey and then I blew it... BUT I'm still determined to succeed and I WILL!... so no more coffee for at least 2 more weeks if not more.. Coffee bad! BAd! ....:/ and so are energy drinks..! I'm pretty much addicted to them too..BUT I actually maintained my cold turkey for about a month with that.. so I guess I've accomplished something...

Lunch:
For lunch I had Quaker Ranch Quakes Rice Snacks.. I though they would be pretty tasty..I love ranch stuff... honestly I wasn't that impressed...could've been better more yummier...but I don't hate..food is food...and food is good:)


I also my new addiction...grilled cheese toast with pieces of avocado...yummmm... i love it..! And I also had a fruit salad (mandarin and melon).


Dinner:
My dinner wasn't that exciting. I was in the mood for some Chicken Cup Noodles Soup...
And then "BLINCHIKI"(crepes) with red caviar.. :P hehe very "delish". Oh and a piece of salty tomato...

FoOOd:P

Breakfast:
I had Ukrainian/Russia favorite snack... "BLINCHIKI". I had one plain one and two with apple and cherry filling...yumm..Finished my breakfast with a kiwi:P

Dinner/Lunch:
Well for Lunch/Dinner I had some Three Cheeses Tortellini..I ate that whole plate plus another half..hehe.. it was that good:))
I came home pretty late because I was shopping and spenmding lots of money so I was sleepy and hungry. So on the way home I bought myself a bagel and Snapple Green Tea.. and that was my snack before I went to sleep... yea I know..very unhealthy.. but oh well I was hungrryyy:/

Ughhhh...Still can't Recover:/

So yeaa the birthday...ahemm.... yeaa I don't remember what I had for dinner that night..lmao.. ok maybe I do.. umm.. salad/bread/fried potatoes with mushrooms... and a lot of Vodka..and today I'm half way dead.. almost ate nothing today except dran water, tea... ate rice...and then vomitted a few times...fun times great memories :?..will never drink again..blahhhh still can't recover...
I lost all the weight I had ...if I had any.. ugh this is good and sucks at the same time... but at least now I'm super skinny:P

Well well well...I'm feeling very positive today! I don't know exactly why.. I mean I have a lot of things to do today and a Birthday party to go to, but I feel just excellent! Lets hope that I will stay that way:)

Breakfast:

I was running kind of late today to college so I only had time for some Raymundo's Rice Pudding..


During my two classes I had two Strawberry Yogurt Granola Bars and a small bottle of Natural Spring Water.
Lunch:
I drank a cup of Lipton tea with two sugars and snacked on two lite chocolate filled croissants.

Well greetings everyone! Today was my day off from college and I was actually able to spend more time making myself something to eat.
P.S. This is a blog for October 16,2008 :P

Breakfast:
I had Archer Farms Blueberry Granola With Flax All Natural Cereal (29g whole grain/7g of FAT..per serving). It's not the first time I've tried it and I really like it:P



Lunch:
So I was bored and my fridge was pretty empty..so I worked with what I had to create something yummy from weird combination of foods. I cooked up some white rice, mixed in some lemon juice and put a big spoon of Judie's Apple butter on the side... I looked at it, wondering if it even tastes good and then mixed in the apple butter with the lemon rice...and TADA!~ it came out delicious.. its a weird combination of things but it works!...I dare you to try it! :P


Dinner:
My mommy made mashed potatoes and some sort of sauce.. I think there was fried eggplants, carrots, tomato sauce and a lot of other things. I liked it a lot..added some french toast and licked the place empty))

Guess Who's back? :p

I know I haven't been loyal lately to this blog...after I came back from Dominican Republic, I had a lot of things to take care of and I was starting my second year of college so for the past two months I've been pretty stressed out and had absolutely no time to update. I've been bad.. ate lots of junk food and drank plenty of red bulls and coffee...at one point I even admitted to being addicted to them.. BUT..for the past 2 weeks I've been clean..cutting down on a lot of things and decided to get back on track with my "healthy lifestyle" goal :p... so I'M BACK!! :)))

Breakfast:
At breakfast I started out with some DANNON Activia berry yogurt. It's apparently very good for your digestive system. Then I made myself some Lipton tea with 2 sugars(usually i go all out and add like 3-4 tspns :0) and snacked on Bahlsen Waffelleten, basically these yummy waffles covered half way in chocolate:P


Lunch:
I was in the mids of leaving my house to go to college and then it hit me that I had no lunch today and if I don't eat right now I'm probably going to be starving for the next couple of hours..sooo...I made myself a quick salad. I cut up tomatoes and cucumbers into little pieces, added some pieces of Bologna and White American cheese. Topped it off with a spoon of sour cream and snacked on some black bread.


Snack/Dinner:
Usually Mondays and Wednesdays I have classes until 10pm and there are 3 classes..almost 2-3 hours each. So by the time I get home I'm pretty much hungryy.. So today during my classes I snacked on 2 Strawberry Yogurt chewy granola bars and for once actually finished my Poland Spring Sparkling water.

I came home around 10:30-11:00 and knowing that it's bad to eat at night, I was so hungry that at that point I don't think I cared :)).. So I went ahead and made myself a weird but very good sandwich.. I took lettuce and melted cheese on it. Since I made two sandwiches I used a different type of cheese on each(White and Plain American Cheese). Then I layered a sweet red pepper on it and two pieces of Bologna on each. Ate it with the black bread again and had a kiwi for desert :P
